torque converter ??...

Hi, i have removed the 4.0 in my zj, we pulled it with the converter attached to the motor. Now sorry if this is a stupid question but how the heck to i remove the torque converter from the motor. It seems like i can just pry it off like on other cars i have swaped trannys on ect. Put it seems like if i pry it i well break it. Sorry if this is a stupid question but i really dont want to break it. .

thanks, ben
