I'm looking to get a 2" bb, and 31's for my '96 jeep zj...would you recommend any sites in particular for any of these things? also i dont want to spend to much because this is just temporary...I am going to get a lift and bigger tires later...so i dont want to spend to much on this stuff right now...

This is a good place to start for the BB anyway:

Nope - you're not getting ACOS.....tab down Kevin's page. You're getting either the $65 pkg or the $129 pkg. Whichever you can afford. If you go higher than 2" you'll eventually need the extended bumpstops but not absolutley necessary to put a 2" lift on.

The lift isnt the bad part, its the tires and wheels that will really lighten your wallet. Someone recently posted about getting a good deal on tires at Costco, of all places.
