Time to go back to school...

so that means I have to sell the beast....all I need to pay off my loan is $6000...95 gc v8 with 123000miles
I have put alot of money into it to turn it into a offrad beast but the time has come to part with it.
here are some of the things I have done to it..
242 swap($1100)
new tires
new brakes
new c.v. joints
new exhuast
new edlebrock shocks
leather seats
120 amp alt.
k&n air filter
tornado air swirler
new radiator
husky floor liners
paint dash to black (along with the doors and a-pillars)
reverse glow guages
most of the dash and consoles light up blue(did not have time to turn the rest)
custom switch panel where the ash tray was made of fiberglass(I dont smoke)
smittybuilt nerf-bars(bolt to frame)
I booked on kbb and it goes for $6772 all I have left on the loan is $6000 I am willing to sell it for that

Sounds like you did put some work into the heep! Any actual mpg gains with the tornado air thing?

I did notice a little change but I did notice some in hp and torque

NO it means that I did notice a change but I had to move the postion of the piece from where they tell you to put it. before the piece I was getting 11/12 around town-now I get 14/14.5 around town.

No change at all in driving habits and you gained 3 MPG?

I have always driven my jeep like a jeep. I have never floored or tried to race other cars. I filled the tank one week before I installed the piece(took notice of mpg), When on empty I put it in and then refilled the tank. I always get the same gas from the same gas station. I did get more milage with it.

It really worked for you??

I've been tempted to try one of these, especially since they have the 30 day money back guarantee.

Plus I read a review of one hooked to a V8 GC, in which they measured a 2mpg increase.

I put it towards the throttle body...made no sense to me to have it all the way down near the air box. After it goes through it it hits the rippled tubing(totally ruining whats happening). This way when it goes through it only has to contend with the throuttle body its self(just my thought on why it would work better there)
And yes it did work for me( and no I dont work for the company )
