Testing engine/transmission sensors on 96-98 ZJ, XJ

I made a rather lengthy outline on testing the four engine sensors, two transmission sensors, and the PCM on a 1996-1998 Jeep ZJ or XJ. Additional testing of the two HAL effect devices (CKP and CPS) is included. These tests should work as well on any other jeeps made from 1996-1998 with possible differences in wire harness coloring.
Testing requires only a multi-meter and a probing tee. Instructions for making the tee are included. Most of the testing revolves around the 5 volt reference circuit from the PCM.
Hopefully this could resolve any no start situations you may have.
