Teraflex 4" WJ Springs

Just a heads up for you guys. Teraflex has discontinued their 4" WJ coils and are clearing out the remainders for $35, regular $119. One heck of a deal.

My front is actually at 5" and rear is at 4" with the teraflex springs. Nobody should be at 5" on short arms, the ride sucks

IRO has their control arms on sale right now. You can get all four fronts for $319. Just sayin.

I heard Teraflex is blowing out their entire kit really cheap including the long arm kit (maybe)? Anyone interested can talk with Kolak, he was the one that told me but unfortunately I had already purchased the kit but I am pretty sure you can get the entire kit at blowout prices.

The ride at 4.5" on short arms sucks. Even if long arms were $1000 more, I'd still say it's worth the money.

For me it was bad because I drove ~30 miles a day to work 5 days a week over the summer. There was one road that even with LA's is still a very harsh ride and is riddled with potholes. I'm sure some nice shocks would have helped but the LA's are like night and day and worth every penny.

Having too much lift on too short of control arms cause them to be at too steep of an angle. At stock height, they're pretty well horizontal and are allowed to easily travel upwards with the axle. At a steep angle, every bump you causes the axles to travel further out, causing a rougher ride. Try driving a 4" TJ on short arms. That's a rough ride. Some guys even go 6" short which is pretty stupid.

TJ guys are finally starting to realize that long arms are not all that.

The loss in ground clearance is their biggest downfall.

On a longer wheel base vehicle like a WJ, its even more of a problem.

You do not need long arms in order to have a nice ride at 4" of suspension lift.
