[Below is not soley directed towards you, mssbbmia. It is toward the "loud" people in this thread]

That is extremely generous of them. I would hope the loud people in this thread would take it with a huge appreciation towards tera flex. They do not have to do this at all. Do not be any more of an E-bully to a company that is trying to work with you. I think it would be VERY dishonest of anyone planning on buying multiple sets from this new offer only to turn around and sell them at a higher price. Is it illegal? I really don't think there would be any laws against it, but it SURELY is dishonest and unethical.

Actually I think this is pretty cool.

I just asked Mindy to let me know what the compromise price is and then I will make my decision.

Teraflex just got major positive marks in my book. $5.80 apiece is a phenomenal price, and having that run to make up for the error is top notch customer service. I'll be ordering a set of these.

Does mindy have a direct contact email?

Just wondering what you all did with your orders. Cancel, Pay, or refuse and tell them to send them like i did
I was the other that refused
I have been emailing back and forth with Mindy..I think they should sell at $1.11 but the lowest they are going is $5.80, I told Mindy that free shipping should be assessed with these orders.

^you're reaching now. I have re-placed my order with them. I work in sales/estimating. This happens more than you must think. If I incorrectly quoted something I would do the same thing.

I think they are being pretty awesome to do the $5.80. It's a good compromise.

oh I understand completly, I will be re-placing my order...
A message from Mindy....
The blemished spacers are only cosmetic. We have tested the worst looking ones by putting them in a press and cutting them in half, to test their durability and check for air pockets. They should function just fine.

Thanks,

I just bought 4, probably won't use them for a while until I get the DW problems sorted out, and I'm going to wait for my stock tires to wear out first too, but at least I'll have them later.
