Switching to a 98 5.9? What do you think?

Alright i've got a 93 5.2 with a lot of money into it. At this point i have so many problems that i am thinking about upgrading to a 5.9 and swapping all my parts over and parting out the 93, especially since i've always wanted a 5.9 anyway. (Current problems are transmission, some electrical bugs, front end damage messing with the tranny cooler and ac lines)

Heres the info on the 5.9 ive set my hopes on:

Black 5.9 - 160k on the clock
It has some tint on it, a flowmaster system, and is currently held by the second owner. First owner was the owner of a jeep dealership up until 152k on the clock. Is said to be in excellent condition and from all of the many pics ive gotten it looks really nice. Price reduced to 4500

Couple concerns of parts swapping over:
K&N FIPK GenII Intake - Direct swap?
Claytons front kit - I assume just a new crossmember and the arms are the same?
ORO U-turn - I think direct swap
Coils/Shocks/JKS TBS/JKS Discos/Addco Sways and Bushings - All direct i believe?

What do you guys think about the idea? Seems like the best course of action right now and i can finally enjoy adding parts to the jeep rather than always worrying about fixing things.

Seems like a good deal for the 5.9. Any opinions?

Thanks,
Cory

i dont know about all the tech stuff but i would imagine it would be a direct swap. i ay go for it. unless the second owner trashed it. keep for 93 for awhile though incase something poops out on it.

Most mechanical things should be a direct swap. A few outside body items are different. I doubt you would worry about anything interior, since the 5.9 has the best interior of ANY ZJ.
