Moog is owned by Federal-Mogul which is a huge company which also owns Champion plugs, Wagner brake parts, Anco wiper blades, etc.. While Moog is known for high quality they're outsourcing more and more parts overseas to China/Asia like most other part companies.
Having said that I use Moog sway bar links and sway bar bushings on 3 of my Jeeps and they tend to work well. You best start hosing down the bolts/nuts/bushings on the links and bushing housing bolts in the unibody now with rust cutter since they tend to be difficult to remove. Depends on how much road salt they use in Missouri.
Your sway bar should be 26mm and use the Moog sway bar bushing kit K3171 as already mentioned by newfieZJ. And the Moog links are K3196 for your 98 4.0.
If just buying just the links Amazon would be best since they're $15/each less than Advance. But since you're also buying the sway bar bushings I'd go through Advance online to place your order which would give you the best deal. You need to open a free online account, parts should be in stock at local stores to order, and have to use a credit card for purchase.
The K3196 links are $43.99 x 2 = $87.98. K3171 bushing kit is $14.99 for a total of $102.97 w/links. Once in the cart enter TRT41 discount code ($40 off $100+) which will give you a grand total of $62.97 plus tax. Just ran it through the cart and TRT41 works. Good luck.
