Not at all, you should be cool.
The only way the swaybar would effect stiffness is if it's getting pulled so hard that you would have had to fight it to get it on the discos in the first place, if you connected them, then it's not to tight.
If you did not change your shocks, then you pulled them out anoyther 2" from where they are used to be pulled out to, you are on the limit of needing extended shocks, if you did change them then you just bought stiff shocks. I would be happy, I am under the assumption my 2"BB made things feel a little more tipsy and I would have liked stiff, now when some when says they have stiff shocks, I like go with those.
Matter of taste, but my girlfriend is saying Stiff is better.

You shouldn't need to adjust the swaybar with only 2". All you really need to get is a front end alignment.

I got the alignment done already. And I did not replace the shocks yet. I am looking at the Pro Comp ES3000 4wheelparts has a special on 4 ES3000's and an ES2000 steering stabilizer for $125.00. I have 91k on my Jeep and I think the shocks are stock?
