supercharger

has anyone put a supercharger on a 4.0L WJ. i saw one on a ZJ at nagca i was wondering if that one would work or if someone else one for a WJ

turbo or supercharger i dont remember but it had all for tires lit up....

Probably be better to spend the money on a 4.7, and then supercharge that when you have a chance. I think KRC performance just came out with a blower kit for the 4.7.


i think accurate power makes a blower kit for the 4.0, but their website is messed up.

Available for 1987-1995 Wranglers, Cherokees and Grand Cherokees with a 4.0L engine (w/o ABS brakes) and 1997-2002 TJ's.

This is the ultimate bolt-on performance product available on the market for Jeep today. The Supercharger kit can be installed in a weekend by anyone with basic mechanical knowledge. Bring out 275 hp. and 305 ft.lbs. of torque in your Jeep in a week-end.
The kit is complete with all adapters, mounting hardware, drive belt and instructions.
Not advised for high mileage or engines in poor running condition.

well what about 5.2 or 5.9's i mostly hear about the 4.0 and 4.6's

I feel so negelected. I would love to charge my 5.2

Vortech makes a kit for the 5.2, i have it on my 5.9
