A strange Squeaking from front Axl Area

After I have been driving for 10 minutes of so a squeaking noise starts to appear from the under side of the front end. 98 ZJ 5.2. IT sound like dry rubber to metal noise.. It's not the fan belt..I greased the fittings I could see but but ut's not a steering noise. How do I grease the Axl boots? I squeezed the boot And it seems empty. Can I reuse the clip that holds it on? Can I do this with the wheels On? The Squeak gets faster as I go faster. Any insight would be greatly appreciated....
could it be wheel bearing noise....
& the noise goes away when I go to the car wash for a day or so....

if you dont have an electric fan. it could be the fan clutch.
does it do it while driving only. or does it also happen in park or at a red light ect...

It only does it when Im driving...The fan does run somewhat long In the morning when it's cold. I runs until about 150 Deg engine temp then shuts off. or 45 miles per hour when the over drive kicks in....
I looked and the axl boot looks somewhat worn, like dry rotten.

you can try somthing like silicon spray on the suspected rubber parts to see if it goes away
