stinkin brake light

so now my passenger side brake light is being weird. when i turn my running lights on it works fine along with the signal. however, when i hit the brakes the signal works but the whole brake light cuts out. i already replaced the bulbs and there is no code coming up. please help!

Not trying to be nasty, but try doing as search for this problem, it has been addressed several times. I think it has something to do with the printed circuit boards in the tail light assembly itself.

i tried doing some research so i didnt look stupid asking that but couldnt find anything real close to that. im not real sure what the printed circuit board is. do you mind explaining that?

well i feel like a complete idiot. i was having a brain fart. i looked at the circuit board and it was just a matter of lifting up the ground tap. now everything works like nothing was ever wrong.

when you replace the bulbs, make sure you use that electrical grease stuff. worked wonders for our intermittent problems...
