steering box replacement

Ok so i plan on replecing my steering box on my zj with one from a 99 dodge durango. I understand thats it has to be from a 99 4wd v8 , my question there a difference between the ones for a snowplow option and the ones without? and any thing else I should know before ordering one? thanks a lot!

they had durangos with snow plows??

i would imagine, christer beeing the cheap ****s that they are, would just use the same power steering box.

one more thing, i have spoken with the guys at PSC motorsports about swaping steering boxes, and i mentioned the durango box, they had some recomendations against it, as it is desigend to be used in a IFS front application. not a sold front axle.

now, weather they were trying to sell me one of their "supper boxes" or some ****, who knows.... but it was some thing that i heard from reputable company in the field.

This info has been in most of the swap threads I've read, but IIRC they said to use the non snow plow Durango. My steering box doesn't need swapping, but I'd love to get a 4 bolt hole for the wheeling that I do.

I'd really like to see a definitive answer on this...
