Starts & Quits--Sometimes?

As I said on a previous post I just purchased the Jeep.
It didn't do this until the weather cooled off.
Anyway, when it's cold it will start right up and quit, not all the time.
Sometimes it starts right up and stays about 700 RPM or so. When it does quit it starts right up again, I just have to keep it going until it warms up then it will idle.
Any ideas?
I was told there is no manual adjustment that it's all computers.
Thanks
Herb

Same thing happened with mine after I had it sitting for about a month. I just had to put some premium in it with some fuel system cleaner. I also took the throttle body, and its components and clened them all out, havent had any trouble since.
