Stalls when low on gas.

MY jeep stalls frequently when i have a 8th of a tank or less. Any ideas on what could be wrong with it?

Fuel pump might be overheating when low on gas... Gas has the dual effect of cooling the pump. Might be time for a new one. Might wanna check the fuel pressure to see what's going on.

bad sending unit in the tank? it says you have an 8th of a tank, but really you are empty.

in my YJ, its safe to assume i have an empty tank when my gauge reads half full.

Everyone IS out to get you, if you just believe in yourself and try hard enough!
