Stalls only in the morning.

This is flippin weird.

I have a 1997 zj 4wd 6cyl part time transfer case automatic.

In the morning, when the jeep is extremely cold.

within the first 5 miles, this jeep will stall. Just like it loses spark, power. Sometimes it will backfire up restarting. Then if you put the computer on it, it shows coil probelms. (its been freshly replaced). No other codes show and no check engine light comes on.

Then the rest of the day it runs like a champ. no issues at all. I can leave it sitting for 4 hours, crank it back up and runs fine.

any suggestions?
