I have a 96 ZJ with a 5.2L try to start it won't start hold the throttle a little starts right up let go of the throttle it stalls. turned the idle stop screw in to get it to run now it surges do i have a bad throttle position sender no codes are set.

its an idle air issue, the screw you turned just keeps stress off of the actual butterfly in the throttle bore, when the throttle is closed. so turn the screw back. then search IAC valve, its either dirty or bad, very common
