Stalling problem has me stumped

So this is very difficult to diagnose. As it doesn't happen enough or consistently enough to trace it down.
But I when I stall it just cuts out. At a stop light when I'm driving... Accelerating or decelerating doesn't matter.
And some times if I keep rolling it will start right back up. Like fuel or air or something is completely cut off and then comes back.
When I stall all electrical stays on but my power steering and stuff goes out.
Also when it stalls sometimes it will smell like its getting way to much fuel.

Fuel filter? Leaky injector? CPS? iac?
So what do you guys think. I don't want to start throwing 50 sensors at it so any help would be great.
