Stalling Grand Cherokee

Can anyone tell me what is wrong with my Jeep? Here's whats going on:

The engine stalls without warning whether traveling at high speed, low speed or idle.

I get Codes indicating problems with the Oxygen sensor, camshaft sensor( pick up coil), intermittent signals from both and a faulty battery conection.

I have worked on all of these systems and the problem goes away for a while, but comes back.

Any ideas?

just fixed the same problem on mine. what i did was have the jeep dealer check it out and the said it was the crankshaft position sensor. the cps is on the drivers side, on top of the bell housing. the jeep dealer charged 94.00 to fix it, but u can get the cps at Auto Zone for 64.00.
Good Luck!

Thanks for the info Redneck. I changed out that sensor Tuesday night. It was not fun, but so far so good.

Thanks again!
