Stablizer bar removal

I have a 1998 grand cherokee and I'm trying to replace the rearend. I was trying to remove the stablizer bar but I can't get the bolts out. It looks like a torx bolt. I got the nut off but can't get the bolt out. I don't know if the bolt has threads on it and needs backed out or if its just stuck. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks Jeff

Stab bar or Track bar? Get a Torx bit and turn the bolt some to free it up. A lot of times they are rusty or bound up from being under pressure.

Thanks
It's the round bar that runs across the back of the rearend and mounts to the frame. I'm not sure what its called. I will get a torx bit today and try again.
