Squeaky Brakes

I did the brakes on my 94 about a year ago or more, and lately, they've been sqeaking a bit in the front, probably because of the semi-metallic pads. I didn't need to have the rotors turned, so the smooth on smooth surface doesn't help.

Anyone have a good remedy for the squeaking? It's my wife's ride (I get the wrangler), so I don't notice as much, but if it's an easy fix...
