Squeaking in the engine

My engine makes a squeaking sound every mourning I start it up and I think it might be the idealer pulley. Tell if it is something else and what is the best way to fix it?

It cant be fixed by creating a new post every time you think about it... the idea is to start a thread so all of the replies can be kept in one place. If you need more answers just bump your old post up by replying to it.

Engine noises can be hard to isolate. I bought a stethoscope for a dollar at a yard sale that works very well. Absent of that, use a long screwdriver by putting your ear against the handle and the tip on whatever you want to listen to... like the alternator, PS pump, etc. Be careful not to hit moving parts or you may lose a body part or be impaled.
