Many ideas.
Not enough info.
Could be anything based on given info (or lack thereof)....

Go to any dealership or reputable shop.
Tell them 'My Jeeps squeaks', and see what kind of response you get...

Does the sound change as you got over bumps in the road?

My first idea is hub assembly.

i know its not the airbox. it seems to start at about 5mph and bumps dont do anything to it. its a rotational squeak i just know it has to be somthing around the front wheels

Jack one of the front tires up off the ground. Put one hand on the tire at 12 oclock and the other at 6 oclock. Try to move the wheel back and forth to see if it has any play in it. If it does, your hub assembly is on its way out. You could probably spin it by hand to make sure its that specific wheel thats making the noise.

that is a good possibility. the joint on my driveshaft went out and made a chirping sound. it wasnt the ujoint itself, but the "ball and socket" joint in between the double ujoint assembly.

Easy way of determining that is to just take the front driveshaft out and see if the noise goes away.
