Spares/rehab for my new '95 4.0 ZJ

What should I be getting now while they are available? Things like door handles, window motors, rear window wiper motors? Things available now from the junkyard that may not be available ten years from now.

How about electronics like the VIC, overhead computer, PCM/ECM?

I understand that the OBDII PCM's don't last on the shelf. How about the 1995 OBDI models?

Any other things?

Best source for starter, alternator, radiator, water pump, coolant/heater hoses, etc?

I plan to rebuild the Jeep with new suspension bushings, the parts in the above paragraph, and save the takeoffs as spares.

What else should I be considering?

By the time the computer craps out it will probably be easier to swap to standalone engine management. Prices are coming down every day with the hot rod crowd finally going efi.

The VIC and overhead are a toss up, I don't really miss my vic but I'm working on something different to replace it. They won't go bad on the shelf, so it doesn't hurt to get another. All the engine stuff will be around for a while, the interior, door parts, window regulators aren't a bad idea.

Even still, chrysler made millions of the little ****s, ten years from now they're still going to be in the JY.

I get really good deals at my JY. SO abs computers, pcm, the interior stuff like kg said, clips that are liable to break installing stuff, spare screws,in your case all the little modules, wiper transmissions and motors, harnesses and connectors. factory vacuum tubing assemblies, ect.
