highway speeds with windows down and shes clear as a bell, i would recommend kappas to anyone
i had one of those amps !

worked really good for years until the mosfet's started burning

i clipped the regulators and that seemed to fix it for a while but after the 4th one it was toast lol

does any one know the resonant frequency of a zj ???

Are you talking about the V12 amps? I have an MRV-F545 in my car that gets pretty hot...

And the resonant frequency of a ZJ is pretty high, IIRC.

Actually have a question, I'm no audiophile, but, my 97 has a factory amp in it, and after I changed out the head unit and speakers I was happy with it.. My 98 has no amp, but, would the amp in my 97 just plug straight into the 98, dunno if the wiring harness is buried under the carpet back where the amp goes? Just wondering, I know a lot of vehicles have the same harness, and the options are just plugged in. Had a few F word cars like that over the years. I'd love to just swap the system out of my 97 into the 98.

Retreat? Hell, we just got here......

My mirror falls off all the time! The only way it stays on anymore if i epoxy it on. I'm running Sony head unit boss 4 channel amp powering my boss component speakers in all 4 doors. Bridged Sony 1200 watt amp powering two jl 12s. It's all getting power by 0 gauge going to a distribution block them 4 gauge to my amps.

Well, I guess that's somewhat of a relief. I hate taking apart the V12s. Everything is so crammed in there. They have 2 boards stacked inside of them... At least that's how the '05s are. I can't speak of V12s from other years because I've never owned one or actually checked out the guts anywhere online. I'd venture to say if I owned one I'd have to open it up to check it out though.
