someone with a 4.7 wj please help me asap.

hey can someone with a 4.7 wj please take a look at their heater core hoses realy quick. i just replaced mine and was an idiot and forgot which way the hoses were routed. which hose is on top, which is on bottom, etc. thanks a lot

I don't think it would matter, but I've replaced the my heater core twice and if I remember correctly it seemed pretty obvious by how the hoses align.

It will not matter which way they are routed. On my yj the hoses are different diameter

so there isnt a specific way the fluid runs through the heater core? it can be reversed without any problem?

Dude... It's just antifreeze going through the hoses. Goes in one end and out the other. The hot fluid heats the core giving you the hot air when you turn on the heat. It doesn't matter. Hook them up both ways and see which way aligns better.

haha alright thanks. just making sure. i just ordered a new accumulator so the jeep is going to be standing still for a few days

Make sure you get the AC system vacuumed and charged when you're done.

yup. im thinking about just getting this - Harbor Freight Tools - Quality Tools at the Lowest Prices and recharging it myself

No, no, I didn't even know they had such a thing for such a cheap price. I've been spending my summer's refilling the AC on my GC because I can't afford the $2000 price tag of getting it fixed, and have been worried about moisture build up.
