Socket for 4.0 Head?

I had to hunt all over to find a 1/2" drive, 13mm, 12pt., deepwell socket. Had to pay $9 at Sears when I found it. Well it isn't even deep enough still for the bolts with the studs. It only goes about half way over the bolt and I rounded off part of the bolt. Had a hard enough time findin' this socket, doubt I find a deeper one. Any thoughts, suggestions.
