SoCal/San Diego area ZJs Desert Trip

Looking to see if there is any interest in a October trip to the Ocotillo Wells OHRV park for a day trip or mayme a over night camp out. There are lots of trails and washes to run. Mild to moderate Off-Roading. I was thinking maybe the 3rd week,,, depending on the weather ( it needs to cool down).

Well there's, Rodriguez canyon, oriflame, neep squeeze, pancake rock. But if yoy are wanting to go out to ocotillo why not go out to superstition?

Or truckhaven instead of ocotillo.

Never heard of rodriguez canyon....ive only done quads and sand stuff at supersition...and that is really not much closer. Lots of trails and things to see at ocotillo between the mud dome...sandstone canyon...and a little outof the park is coyote canyon

The only reason why I brought up superstition is if you are going out to ocotillo then why not go a little further ~20 miles for a place with better obstacles. You have a little bit of everything that everyone can do. Plus there are way better dunes.
