So you want to upgrade to a JK44 ?

http://jk-forum.com/showthread.php?t=30015

I will get some pictures up when my buddy sends them to me. So far my Dealer BRENNER-CHRYSLER JEEP Laughed at me about the warranty. Said that it was impact damage that caused the break and said they would not stand behind it!

Theres couple other guys who's broke in the exact same spot on that board as well.

Wow, that sucks. It's definitely no coincidence that there were 2 jeeps that broke in the same place, and another that tore the TB mount off..

That sucks but a lot of dealers will not cover vehicles as soon as you slap an aftermarket part on them.

Man, that's pretty lousy. I've never seen an axle HOUSING snap like that.

from that thread, they are talking about getting the materials tested/x-ray'd. I would think a new axle tube would cost less than that, not to mention lawyer costs..

Chrysler knows this and will not budge too easy.

He surely should keep calling until he hears a Yes.

Best wishes.

You will have to run your truss pretty much to the coil perch on the passenger side, and I still think it will be a weak link if it is a design flaw/material and common to all of these axles.

no i woulnd wana drop that much coin, but why you say that it is more likely to break than a 30 housing, as i understand, JK44 axles have the same tube as a 30.

i am not trying to pick a fight, just trying to clear up some muddy water.
