Last I checked it was. Here all this time I thought it was like Orvis, where all the niners came stock with the UC setup. Guess I was wrong haha

I am certainly NOT as knowledgeable as Ratmonkey(R.I.P. man!) was, but IIRC the only ZJs that came with the Upcountry package as STANDARD equipment was the Orvis'....

Please correct me if I am wrong.

I remember reading somewhere ( I do believe it was the walking ZJ encyclopedia Ratmonkey ) that Chrysler recycles the codes. So in 1997 the code may have meant it had cup holders. In the 2012 model year it now means a factory 1" lift (which we as ZJ owners read as UpCountry). In 1997 another code may have meant that it had an auto dimming rear view mirror. In 2012 it probably means that the Ram has a Diesel engine...
