Skyjacker shocks 0-3 or 4-5?

I'm getting some used 4.5" TJ springs for the front of my ZJ and putting the existing fronts on the back which should net me around 3.5" of lift total.

My question is what length shocks to get? There doesn't seem to be any overlap between 3-4". I'm assuming that I'll need the 4-5" shocks.

Another question I have is which on is better for a DD? The Hydros or Nitros?

Thanks for your help.

I would probably go with the 4-5 nitro shocks. Hydro shocks tend to be on the stiff side.
