Shudder at idle and under deceleration

hey all, i just changed my fuel filter and started noticing a small shudder every so often at idle, and more common under deceleration. Its a small little shudder for a fraction of a second that happens when i put the brake on while decelerating and randomly during idle...could it be the filter? I did notice when i put it on it just kinda seemed to be held on just bu the little clip...there was a little play in it...maybe its missing some seal or something? Any help would be appreciated thanks!

Clean the throttle body and IAC.
Then clean it again, because we both know you didnt take the IAC out when you did it the first time....
