Should I buy?

1995 Grand Cherokee Limited 260 000 kms:

No rust
Body perfect except a cracked rear bumper cover.
Glass perfect
Leathet seats worn
Drives very nice, engine sounds great
Tires have good tread

$1600 a good deal?

For our area, that seems ok. Offer him $1200 and see what he says though.

Have you driven it? I'd make sure the transmission doesn't slip and if equipped with the 249 transfer case, check to see if the viscous coupler is shot(probably).

If you want, I'll keep my rear cover and you can have it if you're ever up in Calgary.

That's so kind of you! I have, drove nicely. Checking it out again today, will run the figure 8's to check the coupling.

Well, I ended up finding a MINT condition '94 Laredo with 194 000 km's on it. Everything is good except could use some new tires
