Shocks for '04 WJ, factory take-offs?

Prior to hocking my XJ, I was considering installing some factory Rubicon take-offs on my Jeep to help with the ride and height with my 2" budget boost.

While my new Jeep rides ok, at 99k it's approaching the time for new shocks, and I plan on doing a 2" bb to it as well. Would the same shocks (JK Rubicon take-offs) work on a WJ as well? If not, are there any easy-to-come by take-offs that would?

are you taking the XJ shocks and moving them to the WJ? if so you might have a problem some one correct me if i'm wrong but i thought that jeep changed the way they mounted shocks with the WJ i think KOR sells a conversion kit for like $15

I never installed any on my xj. I'm thinking of getting take-offs from a JK Rubicon.

i think those would work without the kit but i'm not positive

What kit? The lift? It should work with 2" lift as the travel is longer than stock I would imagine.

look up extended and collapsed lengths of factory shocks vs. the rubi shocks, that should tell you for sure.
