Shocks for '04 WJ, factory take-offs?

Prior to hocking my XJ, I was considering installing some factory Rubicon take-offs on my Jeep to help with the ride and height with my 2" budget boost.

While my new Jeep rides ok, at 99k it's approaching the time for new shocks, and I plan on doing a 2" bb to it as well. Would the same shocks (JK Rubicon take-offs) work on a WJ as well? If not, are there any easy-to-come by take-offs that would?

I never installed any on my xj. I'm thinking of getting take-offs from a JK Rubicon.

What kit? The lift? It should work with 2" lift as the travel is longer than stock I would imagine.

look up extended and collapsed lengths of factory shocks vs. the rubi shocks, that should tell you for sure.
