Shock and Spring question

Is it possible to use 90s ram shocks on a 94 5.2? Also what about f150 coil springs.

I'm asking for a buddy of mine, someone told this and I just want to confirm because he was asking me and I'm not 100 percent sure

Tell him, just do it right and purchase springs meant for a ZJ.

Better yet, tell him to get on JF and find out for himself.

If at first you don't succeed, use more speed.

I've heard bad things about f150 springs riding bad, and also sagging and losing their extra height. Don't know about the shocks
