Yes, the tie rod ends are the ball joints at the end of each tie rod/track bar. You will have 4 in total. One at teh pitman arm, one at each steering knuckle, and one at the frame side of the track bar. May just be easier to get all new parts. Try as they have great prices for parts and shipping.

read up on ball joint testing to ensure yours are bad. It's a little more complicated that slapping in a new stabilizer.
