Seatbelt Height Adjustment

Will someone tell me how to release the seatbelt height adjustment knob? I cannot figure out how to release it

You pull down on the knob and slide up or down. If that doesn't work maybe it's not on the track right behind the panel.

So your trying to remove the whole knob off of it, well its just a pull knob, give er a tug.
