Never had an issues with rusty's, what was your problems.

I purcahsed there air intake adapter, It serves its purpose not the most well consrtuced this I have ever seen but it wouldnt discourge me from purchasing another one at that price.

If RRO is a 0, and Kolak is a 10 (Kevin is an 8), then Rusty's is a 5. Not horrible but not the best either.

It just goes to show you can't always tell the depth of the well by the length of the handle on the pump.

It took them a month and a half to send me the wrong skid , and then another month to send me the correct one. That place sucks.

i have spent almost 1000 bux at rustys. I have gotten trac bars, steering setup, shocks, springs, jks bpe's and some other misc things from them, i got everything right and everyone i talked to there was very helpful and friendly. In fact, i talked to rusty for about 45 minutes before i ordered anything to ask for his advice about some stuff.. he was very smart, very nice and was very willing to help me.

I have heard about a lot of negative things, but i think that a lot more people complain when things go wrong, then compliment when things go right. they can't be doing all that bad if they are published in magazines, have a large national company and national recognition.

so far the steering conversion and tracbars have held up VERY well and they cost me 30% less then getting comparable items elsewhere. when i go to get a bigger lift, i may even go there for that, even tho claytons would be nice

x that by about 20k....i constantly ordered and installed bumpers, winches, lift kits, etc on TJ's XJ's WJ's ZJ's all through college for frat kids and others to make $ and had an issue one time that was fixed overnight...and Rusty himself has went out of his way to help in times when it was our mistake and or we needed something asap.... I have had the same luck and a worse with RE Kennsaw MTN,but others say negative about people like Kevin but rather than say they suck, most the sack riders just say call him he wills straighten it out....well guess what, so will Rusty i am willing to bet..its just folks read one thing and repeat it, most times they dont even have experience with dealing with that vendor, they just read it somewhere and repeat it and etc...I think for the money his stuff cant be beat...i have seen him grow from a small shop in Trussville to a Very large 9 building operation in Rainbow city so he must be doing something right....call, talk to him, order your skids and when they arrive i think you wont be disapointed.
