Welcome to New Hampshire. Mine looks the same. The rest of the rockers are very solid though. That pillar is structural, but if that's the extent of your rust it's not horrible... yet. This year I plan on cutting out my rockers, reinforcing all the pillars and putting in boxed steel rockers.

Actually on a second look, pull the long kick panel off and inspect behind that too. It may not have gotten to the structure yet.

New England is rough I ended up cutting out my rockers and replaced them with 3 inch square tubing the length of the rockets on covering it with angled steel plate

Its started under it. I'm going to take them all off when I get that convertor stuff in.

only sure way to fix that is to cut all the rust out, weld in new metal, THEN apply the rust preventative paints, like chassis saver, over the good stuff.

that's pretty bad on a structural member right there.

Eventually I will. But I just don't have the means to do that myself, and I don't have the money to have a shop do it.
