Rumble from front end past 45

So here I am again trying to figure out yet another problem. When I speed up past 45 the front end makes a cycling humming almost a low growl. It kind of sounds like mud tires except with a cycle. I only happens when I have my foot on the gas. Take my foot off and the noise immediately stops. I recently replaced the dana 30 front axle because the diff was blown. I've already checked the hub bearings, axles, bushings, tie rod ends, alignment, tire balance. Just about everything. Anyway, If this is a problem with the differential I want to get my money back before the warranty is over. TY

since you tried everything up front, maybe move back to your driveshaft and TC. Perhaps when the front axle was replaced something got shifted or didn't go in quite right that makes the front hum.
