Rubicon Express Long Arm Kit

Does anyone else have any experience with the rubicon express long arm kit? I have had mine in for a couple of months now and when I drive it for a while I start to get a bad creaking noise. I have greased the heims and used silicon lube on the bushings and no change. I cant isolate the noise because it resonates through all the unibody. Any tips would be super I am at the point where I am about to bust out the welder and weld all the mounts to the unibody.

I would put the jeep up on jack stands and jack up the axle then let it down see if you can reproduce the sound that way maybe?

My buddy had RE LAs on his XJ and they were always making squeaking noises. He was never able to slove the issue.

Thats what you get when you lift a jeep. Some jeeps are groaners and some are quiet. Mines noisy as hell.

Have you greased all the bushings on the control arms?

I have greased everything, I used a silcon grease on the rubber bushings and full synthetic on the heims and the noise is still there. The noise is only there after driving a while. It doesnt make a noise when I first drive it. I think that it might be the LA brackets causing the unibody to flex?

The subframe shouldn't be letting the unibody flex that much.
