Routine Maintenance on WJ

Today I decided to get a tune-up, it's most likely WAY over due, so I called up the Meineke I live near and they said they can do a complete tune-up of the engine(4.0L I-6), new brakes, new fuel filter, tire balance and rotation. The guy gave me an estimate of $200-250 and that seemed a little low to me for all that. Is this a normal price?

And a new windshield is gonna run me around $150-180. Is that normal?

I'll also be getting Mike at TnT to change my transfer case fluid for me...he marks his work so he knows if somebody else has messed with it lol I kinda got no choice if I want to keep that garauntee on my 242! Who knows how much that'll be! But I'm in good with them, I go to them pretty much after each trail ride cause I always end up breaking something. I need to see if they'll make me some coil spring locks anyways.
