Rough Idle issues.

I have a 94 jeep grand cherokee and love it. but it idles really rough and low most of the time. i have no idea what it is and every person on other websites have no idea what they are talking about. so please, what could the issues be? i did put a magnaflow exhaust on, which one guy said may be the issue. it also has a k&N intake. could it have something to do with my intake manifolds? or my map sensor? is there something i just need to clean? i already cleaned my throttle body.

Any check engine light? Double check your spark plug wires, cap and rotor to start.
