rough country winch plate?

anyone have one and have any testimonies?

i just had IRO order me one so i dont have to pay shipping when i go pick up my rock sliders and was just curious if you really do have to notch the unibody rail holes out?

pics would help make up my mind! im probably going to be doing an XRC8 winch as well

I have the Iceland plate, but yeah, you do need to cut open the holes. Do you have a grinder? It's easy....
