Rocker noise
Are loud rockers a common thing on 4.0L?

Try running the next higher octane gas for a couple of weeks to see if the problem goes away.
I had the same problem with my 93 ZJ with the 5.2L. Running a little more octane during the winter helped. (We have oxygenated gas here in Utah in the winter and it sucks.)

You probably have spark rattle, yes, higher octane gas does work, but if you want it to go away for good run some STP fuel treatment in to get rid of the water in the gas lines! it works!
