I've put 10k miles on mine in a little over 6 months, wheeling and DD. Very little wear so far and they perform great. Can't beat the price.

what size?

I would go 31s, or maybe even 32s and do some trimming.

they *should* be ok. I currently have 235/75/r16s on stock rims and stock ride height, and they don't rub at all.

the 245s you are looking at tho may rub on the control arms a tad at full lock.

Im running 265/75/16s on a 2.5" bb, I had to adjust the steering stops on the knuckles out about two turns but besides that you be fine. I love mine, just remember to adjust your bumpstops to where they should be. I got anxious and threw the bb and tires on before I did and shredded one tire ip pretty good (passenger rear)-extended because it tucked into the wheel well.
