Resetting info center "0 Miles to Service"?

Exactly what resets the "0 MILES TO SERVICE" message on the info center? I know it reset when I changed the oil right after I bought it but all I did was drain it, R&R the filter, and refill with oil.

Thanks,
Scott

push both buttons on the info screen untill it resets itself - other wise it will beep at you every time you turn on your Jeep (its annoying let me tell ya haha) when its reset, it will give you 3000 miles untill you have to reset it again.

you have to get the screen to say miles to service then hold ONE of the buttons for a few seconds.. you will have to try both buttons one at a time, because I can't remember which one does what at the moment..it will then reset to what ever miles to service it was .. You can also change the amount of miles. somehow..

Just go to setup where you can change your head light delay and door unlock settings..

To reset it...well honestly, i can never remeber...ill do it in the morning(after my oil change) and tell you...you either need to be on the screen that displays miles or in the setup menu

For some reason the last time I did it all I needed to do was hold both buttons for about 10 seconds...Ill pull the manual out tomorrow and double check
