Well I'm pulling the tranny and I discover no tv cable spring on the lever? It operates when the gas is applied like it should seemingly. This wouldn't cause my problems would it? I'm assuming if it was sticking maybe but I guess who knows what it's doing while driving and didnt know if the spring pressure affected any type of pedal/line pressure being applied? At any rate it's not there!

If I decide to get another tranny I guarantee I know who is doing the work this time. ME! Might be harder doing it on gravel driveway but I will get it done and pay attention to details!

Weather supposed to be decent in coming week so I am thinking about getting another tranny and this time just doing it myself. Taken it out twice now and very comfortable swapping the electronics lol.
Any tips or things I should pay special attention to for install? I know to make sure convertor is fully seated, replace seals, etc. Will I need to fill converter with fluid?
I'll be installing it same way I took out, by myself. Prob get some help just to get it lined up and snugged up. Thx. Mike.
