rear passenger lugs on wheel are locked!
I can not even get them to budge. I even bent my tire iron. The others came off easily but this one wont move. Anybody know what is wrong? Im almost done putting on my lift and this is stopping me!

everyone say it with me...
IMPACT WRENCH.
Don't use them. Don't let shops use them on your Jeep. I just had a shop use one when I was not looking a few weeks ago and they screwed up my lugs - bad.
I had to STAND on my 4 way tire iron and bounce. I also bent mine. I was supprised they didn't hurt something, (other than the lugs).
OK, so to fix it, get some PB Blaster or WD 40 (you need lubrication) back behind the wheel on to the bolts. You will need a straw to direct the spray. Raise the wheel up as much as you can WITHOUT lifting the tire OFF the ground. You want to take some pressure off the wheel but not enought to allow it to turn when you try to loosen the lug. Since this is the BACK wheel, you can set the emergency break to keep the wheel from turning but STILL don't take it all the way off the ground. Make sure you have a really stout iron and then get a longer pipe to put on the end and give you a longer bar to get more leverage. Careful NOT to smack yourself if it suddenly breaks free.

get a friend with an impact wrench to get if off AS A LAST RESORT. I know airborne says not to use them, but that mostly goes for tightening. Bending a tire iron = wow lol.

Yea, getting it off is not so much a problem. (still not good for shinnny lugs.)
BUT DONT HURT YOURSELF OVER THIS. Any shop should have mercy on you and help loosen them. then hand tighten and drive home.

Get a 3ft pipe, place it over your tire iron, and pull on that
That should get 'em
(Working in a junkyard since I was small....I've learned a few things. 35 years of rust on a lug doesn't even stand up to this)

lol well those all sound like great fixes to me. I think it would be easier since we have an automotive shop down the road to bring it down there. I am going to try the pipe before I take it in but Im a pretty strong guy and I put a lot of leverage on that lug and the iron bent like hell. Ill give it a try and post back tomorrow. Thanks
(and yes it did feel cool to bend that tire iron, although it was from my friends 75cj and was a piece of rusted crap, still cool though)

ive used a lead pipe to extend the wrench and increase my leverage.
also.... go to a different garage... one that cares about your car... not one that just wants you in and out. if you got a flat, you'd be dead in the water seriously...

Heat the nuts up with a blowtorch before trying to loosen them... they'll come off.

I use a star lug wrench and have never had a problem getting mine on or off.
Yet, now that they are stuck on, aren't you glad you've never had a flat and neede to get them off?

I use a Pneumatic wrench to install mine, but I set it on low power and torque it with my lug wrench. I love the Pneumatic wrench to remove the lug nuts, never had them not come off yet.

he wanted to make sure his point got accross.
I have always used a 3/8" drive impact on lug nuts. Sometimes I have had to resort to using a 1/2" drive to get them off but have the 3/8" to reinstall them and then use a torque wretch to tighten them to factory specs. If you don't get them tight enough the nuts can come loose. Too tight and you can warp the rim and rotor.
