Rear main seal (motor)

My rear main seal at the motor has been leakin oil the past week and I can't afford for my shop to do it and have been wondering if someone has a process for it and what it entails. Any details or help would be great I've not done one before but I'm willing to try. Thanks!

Nevermind found a write up! But any tips would be helpful!

Leak is coming from there, where the motor meets the trans, this is the rear main correct?

That's the right area. Could be a valve cover leak also. Feel the back of the head and see if it's wet back there.
